Leads and coordinates the Marketing and Events team For a leading company in the real estate and construction sector, **Drevdom** is currently seeking a **Marketing Coordinator**. We seek a professional with at least 3 years of experience in planning and executing events, activations, and marketing activities, possessing leadership capabilities for teams, vendor coordination skills, and efficient budget and schedule management. The position will play a key role in executing the company’s marketing initiatives, contributing to positioning its real estate projects and enhancing customer experience. Prior experience in the real estate, construction, or related sectors is desirable. **FUNCTIONS** ------------- * Plan, coordinate, and supervise events, real estate project launches, trade fairs, and activations. * Lead and coordinate the Marketing and Events team, ensuring achievement of established objectives and timelines. * Coordinate implementation of branding, merchandising, and advertising materials. * Supervise logistics, setup, execution, and development of events and activations. * Manage and negotiate with vendors, tracking budgets, deliverables, and schedules. * Administer and control budgets assigned to various marketing activities. * Prepare performance reports and area management indicators. * Manage inventory reports for advertising materials and merchandise. * Identify improvement opportunities that contribute to strengthening customer experience and brand positioning. * Provide support for various commercial and marketing initiatives of the company. * Perform other position-related duties as assigned by the Commercial Management. We seek an organized individual with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Working days: Monday to Friday. Work modality: On-site Monthly salary offered: S/. 3,500\.00
