Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support Management, coordinate information across departments, and ensure the smooth operation of stores. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct operational and administrative support to Management. * Support and manage information exchange with all company departments (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure timely completion of assigned and established tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-ups on store operations activities. * Track all municipal documentation required per store and maintain updated certifications for proper store operation. * Provide on-site operational support as needed (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Propose innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency**.** * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 \- 1300 (microenterprise payroll system: SIS \+ 15 days of vacation) * 50% bonus payments in July and December * Fixed rest days on public holidays * Career progression opportunities * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments * Purchase discounts at any of our locations. !!
