Participation in improvement and innovation projects. **Job Objective** To comprehensively direct, plan, coordinate, and control operations and commercial management of **interprovincial passenger transportation services**, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with current regulations, operational safety, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of sales objectives. Additionally, ensure customer acquisition and retention, market share growth, and business profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Main Job Responsibilities** **Operations Management** * Plan, supervise, and control the daily operations of vehicles and operational staff. * Ensure adherence to schedules, timetables, safety protocols, and service quality standards. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. * Control legal and technical documentation of vehicles. * Manage operational incidents, complaints, accidents, and contingencies. * Implement management indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Coordinate with Logistics, Maintenance, HR, and Management departments to ensure service continuity. * Identify new business opportunities, routes, and services. * Supervise achievement of commercial targets and analyze sales indicators. * Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention. * Submit periodic commercial performance reports and improvement proposals to Management. * Prepare managerial reports on operations and sales. * Administer the department’s budget. * Participate in the company’s strategic planning process. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture oriented toward results, service, and continuous improvement. **Academic Qualifications** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Specialization or Master’s degree in Operations Management or Logistics (desirable). **Experience** * Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in supervisory, coordination, or leadership roles within **interprovincial passenger transportation companies (mandatory).** * Proven experience in comprehensive transportation operations management, fleet administration, service scheduling, and leadership of operational teams. * Experience in commercial management, corporate client development, negotiation, and achievement of sales targets. * Experience in developing and monitoring management indicators (KPIs), budgets, and improvement plans. * Desirable experience leading commercial expansion processes, launching new routes, or implementing new services. **We Offer** * Formal employment under Remype payroll with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Excellent work environment. * Work tools (mobile phone and laptop, per company policy). * Participation in organizational improvement and innovation projects.
