Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Manage credit products: Secured/Unsecured loans for assigned value chains under Operations: AML, Auto Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Accounts, among others. * Coordinate with suppliers on execution of assigned processes, as well as coordination of incidents arising during disbursement processes. * Coordinate file returns due to observations, reversals, and ad-hoc authorizations; AML, Auto Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Accounts, among others. * Review and sign: \- Management checks for mortgage and auto loans. \- Public deeds from all notaries. \- Minutes of mortgage cancellation from all notaries. * Manage credit insurance claims with Rímac; perform manual accounting entries via Nacar/Altamira applications and/or back office systems. * Supervise risk-related activities to ensure compliance with established requirements regarding delegation usage, formalization, guarantees, disbursements, etc., for products and services. * Address inquiries and complaints from employees (e.g., insurance premiums, transfers to other banks, Credit Cards, AML, etc.). * Conduct audits on Corporate Loan operations approved for BBVA employees. * Perform manual accounting entries via Nacar/Altamira applications and/or back office systems. * Address and analyze operational inquiries and incidents raised by employees, coordinating with Branch Network and Central Office. * Manage secured credit products for assigned value chains under Operations: Mortgages and Consumer Loans in all their variants. * Process refunds for loan prepayment surpluses to employees (25% AFP). * Continuously monitor regularization of Guarantee Agreements and Credit Agreements. * Review supplier compliance with ANS (Normative Technical Specifications). * Administer operational and commercial document management to ensure proper archiving (Single File), report and resolve document-related process issues at the branch level, and manage stationery requests for the entire branch. * Manage development and maintenance of operational tools, as well as correct display of information across various dashboards. * Verify and ensure that bank staff accounts reflect active employee status. * Monitor compliance with established delegation usage requirements (dual control, loan and credit card approvals, overdrafts, guarantee formalization, disbursements, etc.). * Conduct ongoing process reviews and optimizations. * Ensure compliance with internal institutional regulations and external regulatory bodies; guarantee correct application of regulations; support implementation of applications and systems while monitoring their proper functioning; timely report organizational instructions; respond to regulatory authority or supervisory body requirements and monitor compliance. * Other duties assigned by the leader, and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Management and Senior Leadership, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis. * Experience performing ETL processes. * Database proficiency: Oracle and SQL. * Intermediate-level Python skills. * AI proficiency. * Soft skills: analytical ability, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, and organization. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
