What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. * Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll deduction plans. * Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. * Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Availability for hybrid work (field and office). * Personal laptop and internet access.
