Job Summary: Integrated Management Systems Analyst to implement, maintain, and improve the IMS, ensuring documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to train staff on management system processes. **Integrated Management Systems Analyst (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001\)** **Sector: Outdoor Advertising** **Job Objective** Implement, maintain, and improve the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring order, documentation, and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements, in coordination with operational and administrative departments. **Responsibilities** * Identify, map, and document organizational processes. * Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\). * Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. * Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts. * Maintain the applicable legal matrix for the system up to date. * Coordinate with operational, commercial, and administrative departments to ensure process compliance. * Prepare for and accompany internal and external audits. * Follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. * Train staff on management system processes and guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Integrated Management Systems. * Demonstrable experience in **ISO 9001**. * Experience in **ISO 14001** (implementation or maintenance). * Knowledge of ISO internal audits. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Desirable** * Internal Auditor training course for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001\. * Experience in service, operations, or outdoor advertising companies. * Ability to perform fieldwork when required by the process. **Conditions** * **Remuneration:** S/ 4,000 to S/ 4,500 gross monthly. * Formal employment registration. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Work modality: On-site. We have two offices (Chorrillos and Surco); rotation between both locations will occur as needed, but the base office is Chorrillos.
