Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Intern to provide support in raw material management, supplier negotiation, and delivery coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of deliveries with suppliers and internal departments **Job Posting: Procurement Intern – Graduate in Administration or Industrial Engineering** We are PRECOR Group, a leader in providing steel construction solutions. We are currently seeking a professional to serve as a Procurement Intern at our Cercado de Lima plant. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide support in procurement management of locally sourced raw materials, supplies, and consumables. * Assist in negotiating with local suppliers to secure better commercial and logistical terms. * Support purchase order preparation and track orders from release through material delivery to group companies. * Assist in coordinating order deliveries with suppliers and internal supply chain departments. * Support cafeteria procurement. * Support generation of purchase orders (POs) in the SAP procurement system for goods and services already delivered. * Assist with independent purchases requested by various company departments. * Support claim handling and tracking: end users, maintenance, local suppliers. * Assist in vendor creation within the SAP system. * Other duties assigned by supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Administration / Industrial Engineering / International Business or related fields. Must have completed university studies and be available for Professional Internship. * Additional training in Local Logistics and Procurement is desirable. * Minimum one year of relevant procurement experience is desirable. * Relevant experience preferred, especially within industrial and manufacturing companies. * Intermediate-level SAP proficiency is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
