Among our main services are building removal and demolition, land permits and/or easements, title studies, rural and urban cadastral surveys, commercial valuation, surveying, physical and legal regularization of properties, on-site construction support, and community relations. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Geographical Engineering or Geography (Mandatory). * Experience in infrastructure project development; knowledge of electrical transmission line projects (Desirable). * Experience in rural/urban cadastral surveys and property regularization (Desirable). * Proficiency in georeferencing tools / GPS, coordinates, and maps. * Basic ability to read blueprints and maps. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, ARCGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth (Mandatory). * Ability to complete forms and collect field information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Project – Intermediate). * Intermediate-level Excel skills. **We offer:** * Professional Internship Agreement. * Rímac Private Health Insurance. * Benefits as stipulated by law.
