At Scouter, we are looking for a **Design Architect** with commercial and technical vision to join a leading company specializing in the Retail and Commercial sector, located in Miraflores. We seek a creative, detail-oriented profile capable of transforming brand manuals into functional and aesthetic spaces. **What challenges will you face?** * Brand Interpretation: Understand and apply various clients’ brand manuals for store design. * Technical Files: Produce comprehensive and detailed architectural documentation. * Coordination: Coordinate and integrate different project disciplines. * Visualization: Expert handling of 3D modeling, rendering, and post\-production with Photoshop for high\-impact presentations. * Management: Optimization of architectural proposals and effective management of delivery timelines. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of specific experience in Retail or Commercial project design. * Essential Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Visualization and Modeling: Solid knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Rendering (Enscape). * Additional Tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop) and MS Project. * Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong focus on collaborative work. **What do we offer?** * Salary: Range between S/ 1,900 and S/ 2,200 (commensurate with profile and technical evaluation). * Employment Regime: Formal employment under MYPE payroll with 50% statutory benefits. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * Location: 100% on\-site work in Miraflores. * Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and creative environment.
