




Job Summary: Lead agency account operations, ensuring organization, compliance, deliverable tracking, and alignment between strategy, execution, and results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead onboarding and monthly planning per client. 2. Coordinate campaigns, content, and automations for clients. 3. Supervise the operations team and ensure proper use of tools. **Job Objective** Lead agency account operations, ensuring organization, compliance, deliverable tracking, and alignment between strategy, execution, CRM, and results. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead onboarding and monthly planning per client. * Coordinate campaigns, content, automations, and deliverables. * Develop strategic content for each client. * Translate strategy into tasks, owners, and deadlines. * Identify bottlenecks and follow up on each account. * Prepare meetings with a commercial and results-oriented focus. * Present monthly status reports. * Supervise the operations team and proper use of Notion. * Role Management * Daily account monitoring, bottleneck identification, and priority tracking. * Weekly status meeting with the team. * Monthly action plan per client. **KPIs** * Client revenue. * Task completion rate. * Content calendar adherence. * Customer service quality. **Required Profile** * Experience coordinating accounts, projects, or teams. * Experience integrating marketing and sales. * Knowledge of commercial strategies that drive sales. * Organizational skills, commercial acumen, and operational leadership. * Proficiency in CRM, dashboards, Google Drive, AI, Meta, and basic platforms. * Preferred experience in services or healthcare sector.
