Job stability and an excellent work environment A Peruvian company in the **nutritional formulas** sector is currently seeking **Field Sales Representatives** to strengthen its commercial team and further position its products in pharmacies, drugstores, and other healthcare establishments. **We especially value candidates with experience in direct sales, consultative sales, network-based marketing, or high-customer-contact commercial models**, as such experience typically develops communication, prospecting, negotiation, discipline, and results-oriented skills. Although the company provides ongoing training, we seek proactive individuals who take initiative in self-learning—those interested in reading, researching, and continuously strengthening their knowledge to deliver professional advisory services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell the portfolio of nutritional formulas. * Visit pharmacies, drugstores, and healthcare establishments according to assigned routes. * Identify new business opportunities and develop the client portfolio. * Build trust-based relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. * Achieve sales targets and prepare management reports. * Participate in training sessions and brand positioning activities. **Required Profile:** * Experience in field sales, consultative selling, or business development. * Experience in direct sales, marketing of wellness or nutrition products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or related sectors will be highly valued. * Excellent communication skills, fluency in speech, and strong negotiation abilities. * Commitment to continuous learning and constant knowledge updating. * Ability to understand technical information and convey it clearly to clients. * Organized, persistent, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions \+ transportation allowance. * Ongoing training on products and sales techniques. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the commercial area. * Job stability and an excellent work environment.
