**JOB PROFILE: ROUTE MERCHANDISER – MODERN CHANNEL** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To correctly implement product displays, restocking, and point-of-sale maintenance in supermarkets, convenience stores, or self-service outlets within the modern channel, ensuring visibility, rotation, and availability of assigned products. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform **product restocking** on shelves, gondolas, islands, freezers, and special displays according to the established layout and planogram. * Ensure **correct filling and rotation (FIFO)** of products, removing items nearing expiration or in poor condition. * Implement **promotions, POP materials**, and current campaigns at each point of sale. * Verify and ensure **proper brand visibility and presence** relative to competitors. * **Enter supermarket warehouses** to withdraw and restock products in sales areas, complying with internal protocols of each retail chain. * Collect information on **prices, stockouts, promotions, and competitor activities**. * Take photos, complete checklists, and submit visit compliance reports for each assigned location. * Provide support for **product launches, tastings, or special events**, coordinated with the commercial or marketing department. * Maintain an **excellent relationship with point-of-sale staff**, supporting negotiations for additional display space. * Complete the **assigned daily route**, ensuring thorough and orderly visits. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or currently pursuing technical/university studies (preferred). * Minimum **1 year’s experience as a merchandiser in the modern channel**, with **proven experience entering supermarket warehouses**. * Familiarity with routes and zones in Metropolitan Lima (or assigned city). * Basic proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp, management apps, email). * **Punctuality, responsibility, results orientation**, and strong communication skills. * Availability to work **in the field and perform daily routes**. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity and commercial orientation * Organization and discipline * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Commitment and results focus. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration (REMYPE) from day one * Performance bonuses * Preference for candidates with their own motorcycle and valid documentation * Transportation and mobility allowances Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site
