We offer programs focused on business and commercial development, and we are currently seeking a **Sales Operations Analyst** to strengthen our processes through operational monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers, digital sales, GTR monitoring, or commercial analysis. * Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency (modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * SQL knowledge (preferred) and familiarity with other BI tools. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and quick response to incidents. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor operational metrics in real time: contactability, conversion rate, queue length, average handle time (AHT), average speed to answer (ASA), service level agreement (SLA), and agent occupancy. * Analyze the digital sales funnel: leads generated, contacted, qualified, and converted. * Collect, validate, and process daily sales data from all commercial departments. * Build and maintain dashboards (preferably in Power BI) for operations, quality assurance, sales, or customer service. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. * Propose operational improvements based on data analysis. * Ensure the quality and integrity of daily information. **Work Conditions** * **Location:** San Isidro * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (on-site) from 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM, and Saturdays (remote) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Benefits** * Join a recognized institution with a strong track record in the education sector. * Formal employment contract from day one. * Career progression path and professional development opportunities. * Access to internal training sessions and educational programs. * Excellent work environment and innovation-oriented culture. * Additional corporate benefits.
