Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage mass-market products in the field, lead teams, and ensure brand positioning through sales strategies and visits to points of sale. REQUIREMENTS: · Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor managing mass-market products in the field. · Knowledge of sales strategies. · Team management: leadership, results orientation, and strong communication skills. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Willingness to travel across various districts within the area of application. · Lead, drive, and supervise internal teams, customer service points in commercial spaces, and external forces, ensuring alignment with the business vision. · Develop and execute a visit schedule to points of sale to monitor commercial performance and drive sales growth. · Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of brand visibility at points of sale, optimizing strategic spaces to strengthen positioning and attract new customers. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure availability of materials, stock, campaigns, and resources required for operations.
