At **Scouter**, we are looking for a **Service and Post-Sales Engineer** to join the team of our client **Spena**, a leader in environmental solutions. Your mission will be to lead post\-sales technical support, guaranteeing that our clients' wastewater treatment plants operate at maximum efficiency through precise diagnostics, improvement proposals, and continuous support. **What will be your challenges?** * **Proposal Management:** Develop technical and economic proposals for maintenance services, integration of improvements, and new requirements. * **Field Technical Support:** Execute commissioning of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and perform diagnostic and optimization services. * **Specialized Analysis:** Analyze operational and laboratory data, establishing sampling plans and water characterization parameters according to the industrial sector. * **Client Relationship:** Act as the primary technical liaison, resolving inquiries and substantiating service results virtually or in person. * **Commercial Collaboration:** Support the commercial team in lead follow-up and field collection of technical information for solution design. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * **Specialization:** Master’s degree or diplomas in **Wastewater Treatment** are desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of general experience, including at least **2 years supervising WWTPs** or similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Biological, physical, and chemical treatment systems (domestic and industrial). * Effluent monitoring and **Jar Testing**. * Maintenance of treatment equipment. * **Tools:** Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) and AutoCAD (Basic level). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (reading and writing). * **Soft Skills:** Mental agility, excellent communication for technical discussions, and strong organizational ability. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the environmental engineering sector. * Employment contract under the general labor regime. * Continuous learning environment and constant technical challenges. **If you are passionate about environmental engineering and customer service, we want to meet you!
