REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect. * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience since registration with the professional association. * Specialization in CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION MANAGEMENT or SITE RESIDENCY (ACREDITED CERTIFICATE). * Minimum of 6 documented participations as Site Resident, Resident Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Head of Supervision for Educational Buildings, and/or similar construction projects, within the specified timeframe, covering execution and/or supervision activities. * SIMILAR PROJECTS: “Public and/or private construction projects for educational centers, institutes, productive technical centers, health facilities, health posts, health centers, specialized medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, clinics, universities, multi-family housing, offices, multi-family buildings and/or apartments, public institutions, banking entities, hotels, municipal palaces, institutional headquarters, penitentiary centers, police stations, shopping centers, sports complexes, and stadiums.” * Availability to work in AREQUIPA Submit your documented CV.
