REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect. * At least 8 years of professional experience since registration with the professional association. * Specialization in Construction Project Supervision or Site Supervision. (ACCREDITED CERTIFICATE REQUIRED) * Must substantiate a minimum of 6 participations as Site Supervisor, Resident Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Supervision Manager for Educational Buildings, and/or Projects of **SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION WORKS** in execution and/or supervision within the specified period. **SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION WORKS**: “Public and/or private projects involving educational facilities, institutes, productive technical centers, health establishments, health posts, health centers, specialized medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, clinics, universities, multi-family housing, offices, multi-family buildings and/or apartments, public institutions, banking entities, hotels, municipal palaces, institutional headquarters, penitentiary centers, police stations, shopping centers, sports complexes, and stadiums.
