At Aruma, we’re seeking a new Store Leader to join our team. We are Peru’s first beauty-specialized retail chain, and we know that store success begins with strong management. ### **What will you do as a Store Leader?** * Ensure compliance with customer service policies and protocols. * Manage the team to ensure smooth, results-oriented operations. * Monitor KPIs and sales metrics. * Verify inventory, store layout, stock replenishment, signage, and overall store organization. * Plan schedules, shifts, and coordinate commercial activities (activations, promotions, etc.). * Be responsible for petty cash tracking and sales forecasting. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies (Business Administration, Styling, Cosmetology, or related fields). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a store supervisor (retail, fashion, beauty, or services). * Knowledge of sales metrics and intermediate Excel proficiency. * Passion for beauty and strong leadership orientation. ### **What do we offer you?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Fixed salary \+ performance-based commission. * A clear career path and continuous professional development opportunities. * The chance to be part of a vibrant industry where beauty transforms daily into real experiences. **Are you ready to lead in what you love?** ----------------------------------------------- #### **We’re already ready to meet you.**
