What Do We Offer? \* Be part of a continuously growing company. \* Support and onboarding from your first day. Work schedule: 48 hours per week. Base salary: S/ 2,500 \+ attractive sales commissions and goal-achievement bonuses. 20% discount\*\* on all our products. Important: Work will be conducted on rotating shifts within the mall’s operating hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. What Will Be Your Mission? As Store Manager, you will be the leader of the store and play a key role in team management, operations, and achieving commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities \* Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. \* Drive achievement of sales targets and commercial KPIs. \* Ensure an excellent shopping experience and customer service. \* Analyze store performance and implement action plans. \* Organize schedules, vacations, and team planning. \* Supervise inventory, visual merchandising, and proper store operations. \* Participate in the selection, onboarding, and training of new staff. \* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. \* Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
