Job Purpose To create memorable experiences for our customers by helping them find garments that make them feel confident, authentic, and special. The Store Sales Associate is a brand ambassador, responsible for delivering exceptional service, building customer relationships, and contributing to FRAMASHOP’s business objectives. A. Customer Experience * Greet and attend each customer warmly and personally. * Understand their needs, lifestyle, and preferences to provide accurate recommendations. * Deliver a close, inspiring, and differentiated shopping experience. * Address inquiries and provide support throughout the entire purchasing process. * Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty. * Represent FRAMASHOP’s essence, values, and image in every interaction. * Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude at all times. B. Commercial Management * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets. * Identify opportunities to increase sales and average transaction value. * Promote new collections, product launches, and current campaigns. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and brand innovations. * Follow up with interested customers when necessary. * Generate sales opportunities via social media and digital channels, as permitted by in-store activities. * Support handling inquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other assigned digital channels. C. Store Image and Presentation * Ensure the store reflects FRAMASHOP’s visual identity and aesthetic. * Maintain attractive, organized display areas aligned with each collection. * Oversee proper presentation of garments, accessories, and decorative elements. * Assist with window displays, visual campaigns, and special exhibitions. * Wear the company uniform daily—clean, complete, and in optimal condition. * Maintain a personal appearance aligned with the brand’s presentation standards. D. Order, Cleanliness, and Control * Keep the store clean, orderly, and ready to welcome customers throughout the workday. * Perform cleaning tasks for racks, shelves, tables, fitting rooms, and common areas. * Support opening and closing routines. * Maintain ongoing order in the store and storage areas. * Assist with receiving, organizing, and managing merchandise. * Participate in inventories and internal audits when required. * Ensure proper care of garments, accessories, and store materials. E. Culture and Teamwork * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. * Maintain a professional, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude. * Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings. * Adapt to operational changes and business needs. * Comply with FRAMASHOP’s internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Act with honesty, responsibility, and commitment in all duties.
