Your work will help protect businesses and individuals—making a meaningful difference every day. **How You’ll Make an Impact** How you’ll make a difference:* Design and implement customized insurance solutions focused on general and human risks, aligned with each client’s unique needs. * Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the portfolio and generating new business opportunities. * Analyze quotations and negotiate terms with insurers to deliver competitive, market-aligned proposals. * Ensure policy renewals, maintaining continuity and profitability of existing accounts. * Deliver exceptional service, strengthening commercial relationships and fostering client loyalty. * Represent Gallagher at corporate meetings and events, promoting our solutions and values. **About You** We’re looking for someone who:* Enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. * Has experience in sales, client management, or insurance solutions (or transferable skills from similar areas). * Is proactive, organized, and possesses strong communication skills. * Values collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. * Is interested in designing customized solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
