Career path opportunities and a positive work environment **WAREHOUSE MANAGER POSITION** Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate goods receipt and dispatch, and optimization of logistics resources while complying with operational standards and current regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Supervise and control goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Manage and control inventories (cycle, periodic, and annual). * Ensure accurate recording of receipts and issues in the system. * Coordinate import processes jointly with the procurement and finance departments. * Plan and optimize delivery distribution and routes. * Supervise warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper organization. * Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels. * Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff. * Coordinate with commercial, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure operational flow. * Prepare inventory, product turnover, and loss control reports. * Implement improvements in logistics and storage processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and risk prevention regulations. FUNCTIONS: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management. * Knowledge of import and supply chain processes. * Proficiency in inventory control and ERP systems. * Knowledge of route and distribution management. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience leading work teams.
