The professional will be responsible for optimizing construction processes, guaranteeing daily coordination of work fronts, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental protection, and human welfare regulations, thereby delivering sustainable and functional projects that meet technical specifications and the organization’s strategic objectives. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineer, Highway Engineer, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Structural Engineer, or Geotechnical and Mining Engineer. **Experience:** * General Experience: 10 years of experience since graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for foreign professionals). * Specific Experience: 5 years of specific experience as site resident and/or superintendent and/or head and/or construction/project engineer and/or production manager in similar construction projects. **Location:** * Metropolitan Lima **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control of processes; design optimized processes. Environmental and human protection considerations are taken into account. * Responsible for the operation and daily coordination of construction works. * Performs other inherent duties.
