Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor with B2B sales experience to develop a client portfolio and present technical-commercial proposals in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage an industrial sector client portfolio 2. Identify business opportunities and present technical-commercial proposals 3. Provide technical advisory to clients and conduct post-sales follow-up Our client is a Peruvian company with 20 years of market presence, specializing in the importation and recognized as a leader in its Fire Protection Systems Division. They are currently seeking a **Commercial Advisor** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** · Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction–industrial sectors or specialized technical products. · Knowledge of fire protection systems or related products (desirable). · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** · Market-competitive salary + commissions · Full payroll registration from the first day of employment · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develop and manage an industrial sector client portfolio, including construction firms, engineering companies, and distributors. · Field sales and client visits. · Identify business opportunities and present customized technical-commercial proposals. · Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. · Provide technical advisory to clients regarding product features and benefits. · Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat sales.
