Job Summary: We are seeking a technically and operationally skilled Interior Designer or Interior Architect to design, supervise, and execute construction projects, ensuring quality and design excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive design and supervision of interior design projects. 2. Development of creative proposals and technical execution on site. 3. Personalized client consulting and quality control. A construction company is looking to add an Interior Designer or Interior Architect with a technical and operational focus to our team. This position targets professionals capable of designing, supervising, and executing projects, ensuring each proposal is accurately realized on site while meeting quality and design standards. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site measurements. * Prepare technical drawings and design proposals. * Prepare quotations and follow up with clients. * Develop renderings and presentations for clients. * Supervise proper project execution on site. * Conduct technical visits and provide personalized client consulting. * Monitor finishes, details, and final project quality. * Ensure adherence to established timelines. ✅ Requirements: * Interior Design * Interior Architecture * Proficiency in design software: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * (Desirable: V\-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop) * Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes. * Experience in site supervision (desirable). * Proactivity, responsibility, and technical judgment. * Strong communication skills with clients and team members. * Availability for on-site work.
