Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and ensure compliance with safety standards in the field, conducting inspections and managing SSOMA documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Is part of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (SSOMA) team. 2. Supervises compliance with safety standards in the field. 3. Participates in safety talks and training sessions. **Consorcio Salud La Mar** is looking for a **PDR / Risk Prevention Specialist** to join our Safety, Occupational Health and Environment (SSOMA) team. **MUST BE A PROFESSIONAL FROM THE AYACUCHO REGION.** Preferably from the area. **Availability to work Monday through Saturday (M-S).** REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **[1/2] years** of experience in occupational safety and health, preferably in construction projects. * Experience conducting field supervision and controlling unsafe conditions and acts. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, PETS, work permits, and SSOMA documentation. * Availability to work under project-based employment terms. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise compliance with safety standards in the field. * Conduct preventive inspections and observations. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in safety talks and training sessions. * Prepare and/or verify ATS, IPERC, and work permits. * Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts. * Support incident and accident investigations. * Maintain up-to-date safety documentation.
