




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to supervise staff, manage ISO quality indicators, control documentation, and coordinate HR and maintenance processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, planning, and conflict resolution We are looking for an **ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance and performance. * Prepare quality management indicators for ISO standard recertifications. * Maintain records of vehicle and fire extinguisher maintenance. * Process payroll, employment contracts, calculation of bonuses, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and vacations. * Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. * Identify purchase invoices with customer names. * Record and manage accounts receivable, tax withholdings, and deductions. * Establish criteria for the selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation of suppliers. * Manage the company’s annual training program, including attendance records and staff evaluations. * Manage the annual maintenance and calibration program for measurement equipment. * Comply with internal labor regulations. * Comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain up-to-date legal documentation for the company, including all required permits. * Track all daily activities and tasks for reports requested by management. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative roles. * Competencies in leadership, planning, and conflict resolution. * Preferred: Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. * Preferred: Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, Excel reporting, and Power BI. * Female candidates aged 45 years or younger. **Key Competencies:** * KPI management and reporting. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Intermediate Office skills. * Organizational and strategic planning capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary + productivity bonus. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Dynamic and excellence-oriented work environment. * Social benefits as stipulated by MYPE law. * 100% on-site work. * Preference given to candidates residing in areas near Lima’s Cercado district.
