We seek a professional with strategic vision, commitment to the company’s identity, and a results-oriented mindset—someone who wishes to become part of a dynamic and continuously growing team. **Specific Responsibilities** * Monthly registration of sales completed by each sales executive for performance evaluation and target monitoring. * Support the commercial area in meeting deadlines and fulfilling agreements with customers (technical visits, proposal submissions, follow-ups, etc.). * Generate orders and distribute relevant information to involved departments (Operations, Technical Support, Logistics, Administration, and Finance). * Generate registration codes for quotations, visits, and mobility, according to requirements from assigned customers. * Prepare and send quotations in required formats (PDF and Excel), depending on internal or external recipients. * Support required customer homologation processes by coordinating collection and submission of necessary documentation. * Maintain an updated customer database (legal name, RUC, contact person, email, phone number, etc.). * Register and keep the weekly commercial schedule up to date, consolidating information submitted by executives. * Monitor account assignment and tracking per sales executive, following instructions from the Commercial Manager. * Maintain complete records for each sale (purchase order, acceptance certificate, invoice, and payment receipt). * Update the company presentation letter and flagship projects, after coordination with the respective department. * Track sales by service classification to substantiate experience in public or private tenders. * Participate in sales and pre-sales meetings when required. * Demonstrate proactive attitude, initiative, and cooperation across all company departments. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields. **Knowledge** * English, management software. **Experience** * Minimum 7 years. **Competencies and/or Skills** * Planning and organization to meet deadlines. * Effective communication. * Teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Customer orientation and service quality. * Adaptability. * Efficient use of digital tools. **Employment Terms:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm / Saturdays, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm MYPE Regime.
