Position Description ACCIONA in its Concessions Business requires incorporating a professional with the following profile: MISSION: Supervise the process of obtaining permits for the projects under responsibility. Candidate Requirements REQUIRED PROFILE: Academic Background / Qualification:* Degree in Environmental Engineering, Law, Anthropology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Additional Knowledge* Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing permits for projects in the electrical sector is required. * Specific knowledge in transmission line projects is required. * Specialization or diploma in project management. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Lead the SPAA team for the projects under responsibility, as well as the land, environmental, and archaeological consulting team. * Lead the preparation process of the environmental instrument, being responsible for obtaining the environmental approval for the projects under responsibility at all stages of the process. * Lead the strategy for environmental licensing processes of the projects under responsibility. * Participate in meetings with authorities within the framework of the permit processes under responsibility. * Participate in public participation workshops within the scope of environmental licensing. * Lead the land and social management of the projects under responsibility, which may include document review, negotiations with interest groups, stakeholder engagement, and related activities. * Lead the archaeological management process. * Manage progress reports on the permit management of the projects. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
