Position Summary: A professional who coordinates, tracks, and validates shipments; manages special requirements and documentation; and handles customer complaints within the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and tracking of scheduled shipments and orders 2. Management of special requirements and documentary validation 3. Handling complaints and claims from internal and external customers Coordinate with agent offices and/or shipping lines at origin and destination regarding scheduled shipments. Track door-to-door, door-to-airport, and airport-to-airport shipment orders; the latter using a Colouder. Route coordination and tracking of orders with origin offices via tools established by the client / AGUNSA FREIGHT FORWARDER. Receive, handle, and channel special requirements (e.g., inspections, photo documentation, re-packaging, etc.). Validate correct issuance of shipping documents (rates, payment terms, Incoterms, client’s legal name, RUC, address, shipment details, etc.) Record shipments, arrival delays, ETA, ETD, flights, vessels, cancellations, delays, etc. Handle complaints and claims from external/internal customers.
