Positive work environment **Full Job Description** We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Creator responsible for producing engaging content for social media and digital platforms, aligned with the brand's identity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creation of social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos) * Basic video and image editing * Support in content planning (digital calendar) * Management and publication on social media platforms * Monitoring of digital trends * Support in digital campaigns and promotions * Basic community interaction (comments and messages) * Coordination with the marketing or design team **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience creating digital content * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, or others * Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) * Creativity and strong visual judgment **We are looking for someone who is:** * Creative and proactive * Responsible and organized * A good communicator * Up-to-date with digital trends **What We Offer:** * Positive work environment * Opportunity for learning and growth * Participation in creative projects * Ongoing mentorship **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Morning shift (split shift): * 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** S/.1,500\.00 per month **Application Questions:** * What are your salary expectations? * Which tools do you use to create and edit content? * Can you attach your portfolio or social media profiles? * How much experience do you have as a Digital Creator? **Work Location:** Av.
