This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Analysis, optimization, implementation, and reporting of advertising campaign management. **Responsibilities:** * Execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for assigned brands. * Analyze results and propose improvements to media strategy. * Prepare brand-specific reports and present them to clients (using Looker Studio and Excel). * Optimize budgets and develop media plans. * Manage investment amount submissions and invoicing. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Strategic thinking * Teamwork * Confidence in decision-making * Attention to detail * Assertive communication **Requirements:** * Reside in Lima, Peru. * Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads. * Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram). * Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google AdWords. * Advanced knowledge of Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Analytics. * Advanced knowledge of Metricool and Google Tag Manager. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career path * Free training programs * Opportunity to collaborate with leading brands to expand the reach of your proposals. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * Hybrid work arrangement * EPS health insurance — company covers 25%. * Additional day-offs: We grant you 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You may finish work at 12:00 pm on your birthday or redeem it at your convenience!
