We seek a **Digital Trafficker** with experience in advertising campaign management and strategic social media handling, focused on delivering results, community growth, and metric optimization. **Responsibilities** * Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**. * Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) to optimize campaigns and improve results. * Manage campaigns targeting traffic, leads, and direct bookings. * Configure and maintain **Meta Pixel** and conversion events. * Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS). * Conduct A/B tests of ads, audiences, and ad copies. * Coordinate weekly with the internal team to align campaigns with occupancy and pricing. * Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports and recommendations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Digital Trafficker / Media Buyer**. * Advanced proficiency in **Meta Ads Manager**. * Prior experience in campaigns for clinics or the healthcare sector (preferred). * Data-driven analytical and optimization capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset. **Work Mode** Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid in Lince, Lima Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
