Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst focused on payroll management and operational control to join our administrative team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Labor Legislation and Payroll Processing **Human Resources Analyst – Payroll and Operational Control** We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** with a focus on **payroll management and operational control**, to join our administrative team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Payroll Management:** Validate payroll calculations (overtime, vacations, absences, and social benefit settlements). * **Attendance Control:** Supervise daily timekeeping and ensure proper functioning of the biometric system. * **Labor and Tax Compliance:** Prepare and file PLAME and AFPNet reports. * **Personnel Administration:** Manage personnel entries and exits in T\-Registro, draft employment contracts and addendums, and update employee files. * **Talent Acquisition:** Execute recruitment and selection processes across various departments. * Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Psychology. * **Experience:** 1.5 to 2 years in similar roles (HR Analyst). * **Industry:** Prior experience in food industry companies or industrial plants is desirable. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Current labor legislation. * Payroll processing (for 50–250 employees). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Key Competencies:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. **Terms and Benefits** * **Compensation:** S/ 2,200 – S/ 2,500 (based on evaluation). * **Location:** San Martín de Porres (near Lima Metro station). * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Contract:** Formal employment from day one under the MYPE regime.
