The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, selection, training, payroll, and personnel administration processes. **Responsibilities**: * Support in recruitment and selection of security personnel. * Manage employee documentation (contracts, licenses, certificates). * Assist in attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, and leave management. * Collaborate in the design and implementation of training programs. * Provide support in payroll and social benefits administration. * Maintain up-to-date employee database. * Assist in resolving employee inquiries and labor conflicts. **Requirements**: * Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
