




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel, as well as provide support tasks and participate in company activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment and personnel selection cycle. 2. Carry out onboarding and general induction processes. 3. Actively participate in company activities. Company dedicated to the financial sector, managing various AFP portfolios and major banking institutions. Currently, we are seeking 1 Human Resources Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or Administration. \- Intermediate-level Office proficiency. \- Experience in recruitment and personnel selection (mandatory), preferably in a call center environment. \- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing. \- Experience managing recruitment sources and social media platforms. \- Experience preparing psychosocial reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Responsible for the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and general induction of personnel. \- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with the requesting department head according to requirements. \- Provide support in preparing staff attendance records. \- Actively participate in all company activities. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
