Preparation of project closure reports and lessons learned DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join a leading company in the mining sector, who will perform the following duties: * Develop the work plan for executing social investment projects, request its approval, and disseminate and communicate it to initiate project execution. * Request procurement of goods and services as required for project execution, if necessary. * Verify supplier progress through field visits and analysis of received information. * Generate alerts, risks, mitigation measures, and other relevant points in the supervision report, based on the progress reported by the supplier. * Communicate the need for project changes to the Infrastructure Axis Coordinator and prepare the project change document whenever such changes are proposed. * Review contractual compliance and coordinate resolution of observations. * Prepare the project closure report and the lessons learned report. * Consolidate, organize, and archive documents, supervision reports, and closure reports in the repository according to the checklist. * Prepare monitoring and follow-up reports for the infrastructure project portfolio. * Verify technical and financial settlement documentation for projects.  REQUIREMENTS * University graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Registered and licensed professional: desirable) * Knowledge of tools for managing social investment and infrastructure projects. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and control, as well as experience as Technical Assistant, Project Analyst, Site Resident, or Construction Supervisor. **Desirable:** * Specialization in project management * Specialization in BIM methodologies * Postgraduate studies or Master’s degree in construction management * Proficiency in Quechua **Technical Skills:** * Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote. * Intermediate-level engineering software: * Revit * S10 * Delfin Express (mandatory)
