Provide comprehensive guidance to patients regarding treatment and care. **BACHELOR OF NURSING (HOSPITALIZATION DEPARTMENT)** **Company:** SCANMED **Department:** Hospitalization **Employment Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate At **SCANMED E.I.R.L.**, a company specialized in providing healthcare services and personnel management to **Clínica ConfíaSalud**, we are currently seeking a **Bachelor of Nursing** to join the **Hospitalization Department**. **Requirements** * Valid professional degree and active professional license. * Active professional competence. * Minimum 1 year of hospitalization experience (preferred). * Availability for full-time employment. * Commitment, responsibility, and service orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Adhere to clinic-established protocols and standards. * Administer medications and procedures according to medical instructions. * Prepare and submit clinical reports and records promptly. * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (physical, emotional, and social). * Develop individualized care plans applying the nursing process based on NANDA diagnoses, NOC outcomes, and NIC interventions. * Provide guidance on treatment, post-hospitalization care, hygiene, nutrition, and complication prevention.
