Job Summary: We are seeking a Management Control Intern for the Planning and Logistics Department, responsible for developing costs, budgets, KPIs, and reports for management. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **MANAGEMENT CONTROL INTERNSHIP** for our Planning and Logistics Department. **Requirements:** * Graduate or in the final cycle of Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Accounting. * Advanced MS Excel skills. * Knowledge of Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and Management KPIs. * Basic understanding of databases. * Excellent logical\-mathematical ability. * Systems thinking. * Ability to communicate effectively and assertively, both orally and in writing. * Ability to work well in teams. * Strong empathy. * Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday in the Lima Industrial area. **Responsibilities**: \- Development of costs, budgets, KPIs, and reporting for management and the Board of Directors.
