Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to contact leads, manage social media and digital channels, schedule appointments, and support the sales and sports teams, with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow. Training programs and career path **Would you like to be part of a team that inspires people to push beyond their limits, develop confidence, and achieve their goals through sports?** **Salary:** s/580.00 \- s/600.00 **Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)** **What will you do?** * **Contact leads and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels** to provide information about our programs. * **Manage social media and digital customer service channels**, promptly responding to inquiries and conducting follow-ups until visits or enrollments are confirmed. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the sales and sports teams. * Record and update prospect and customer information in the CRM, as well as prepare basic performance reports. * Support front-desk operations, attendance registration, and distribution of equipment. * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Physical Education, Sports Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Eagerness to learn, adapt, contribute, and grow. * Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, and a positive attitude. * Minimum (3 months) experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to build a career from the beginning. * Formal employment registration and additional bonuses. * Career path * Training programs * Continuous training in management and leadership.
