An innovative solutions company is looking for 01 Recruitment and Selection Analyst who meets the following profile: Main responsibilities: ■ Posting job openings on employment portals, social media, and strategic sources. ■ Resume screening, screening calls, and competency-based interviews (when applicable). ■ Coordinating psychometric, technical, or practical assessments. ■ Accompanying the candidate throughout the entire process until hiring. ■ Constant coordination with leaders and internal teams to advance recruitment processes. ■ Managing recruitment metrics and reports (timelines, sources, process statuses, etc.). Requirements: \- Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Talent Management, or related fields. \- Minimum of 02 years of experience managing selection processes for profiles: IT, Administrative, Operational, and creative profiles (similar).
