Effective communication skills and collaborative work abilities A leading company is currently searching for top talent to fill the position of: **Selection Assistant.** **What profile are we looking for?** * Completed university education. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in similar positions. * **Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.** * Knowledge of **competency-based interviews and selection**, and experience managing selection processes for administrative and operational positions. * **Effective communication skills**, collaborative work abilities, and experience implementing continuous improvement projects within the area. * Outstanding competencies: organization, internal customer orientation, agility, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Posting job openings on employment portals, social media, and internal job boards. * Conducting resume screening and telephone interviews. * Coordinating and administering psychometric assessments and competency-based interviews. * Presenting shortlisted candidates or candidate trios to requesting departments. * Maintaining constant communication with supervisors and managers to understand required profiles.
