Training Programs and Digital Marketing Coordinator We are a growing technology-sector company looking to bring aboard a Training Coordinator to lead the promotion and coordination of our virtual and in-person courses. Responsibilities * Promote courses and certifications on social media and digital platforms. * Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries from interested parties. * Handle registrations, enrollments, and participant databases. * Administer the virtual classroom and provide basic support to instructors and students. * Coordinate course delivery with instructors, vendors, and participants. * Publish promotional content (posts, flyers, short videos). * Assist with basic recording and editing of educational content. * Organize logistics for in-person trainings (materials, coffee breaks, merchandising). Required Profile * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Education, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, community management, training coordination, or event management. * Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva or other design tools, basic video editing, virtual classroom platforms, and Excel.
