The role aims to lead the analysis and operational management of treasury cash flows, ensuring efficiency in payment methods and financial control, while providing direct support to the area’s Coordination. **What We Offer:** * **Salary:** Range between S/ 3,800 and S/ 5,800\. * **Contract:** Indefinite term (6-month probationary period). * **Oncological Insurance:** Covered at **70%** (for employee and dependents). * **EPS (Health Insurance):** Covered at **70%**. * **Mandatory Life Insurance** from day one. * **Meals:** Covered at **70%**. * **Transportation:** Commuter buses (5 different routes in Lima) covered at **100%**. * **Hybrid Work Model:** 3 remote days and 2 on-site days at the **Huachipa** office. (Closing days are 100% virtual). **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct detailed analysis of treasury processes and identify improvement opportunities in current cash flows. * Operatively manage payment methods and financial administrative processes. * Work with ERP systems (Oracle, R365 or similar) for recording and reconciling transactions. * Prepare management reports and financial dashboards to support decision-making. * Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance and Administration team. **Who We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles (Treasury Analyst, Finance, or Process Analyst). * **Industries:** Banking, Financial Services, Automotive, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, or Consulting. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel (pivot tables and formulas). * **Systems:** ERP experience (Oracle or SAP preferred; however, adaptability to operational tools will be valued). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (primarily for reading documents).
