The Accounting Junior Manager comprehensively supports financial and accounting processes related to accounts payable, tax advisory services, and tax management, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with current tax regulations. This role contributes to operational efficiency within the P2P cycle, ensures correct application of tax criteria, and supports decision-making with reliable, legally aligned financial information. #### **What You’ll Do** * Review and approve AMEX expense authorizations via the Concur platform, acting with agility and results orientation to ensure an efficient and policy-compliant process. * Support the P2P cycle by reviewing invoices and taxes, focusing on organizational goal achievement while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounting workflow. * Reconcile American Express (credit card) payment reports, guaranteeing accuracy among statements, payments made, and accounting records—maintaining high-quality standards, rigorous financial control, and reliable financial traceability to uphold the integrity and consistency of accounting information. * Prepare local and corporate financial statements for submission to the Finance leadership team. * Complete surveys for BCR, INEI, and other state agencies; manage validity of powers of attorney—SUNARP; review purchase orders; prepare vendor and customer creation folders. * Prepare corporate accounting and tax reports, consolidating key information that accurately reflects the company’s financial and tax position—driving excellence through high-quality standards, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering reliable reports that support strategic decision-making. * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings, including review of figures, documentary support, preparation of journal vouchers (JVs), accounting adjustments, and SAP postings—such as reclassifications of accounts receivable—upholding excellence with focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality of financial information, ensuring integrity of financial statements and alignment with corporate and regulatory standards. **Who You Are** * Degree in Public Accounting * Additional studies or solid knowledge of taxation, with emphasis on tax regulations, tax planning, and fulfillment of obligations before SUNAT and local authorities. * Direct, extensive experience in accounting, taxation, tax reconciliation, accounting closings, and audits—minimum of 1 year. * Committed, proactive, and always ready to take on new challenges.
