Key Responsibilities: * Monitor daily assigned individual loan indicators and targets, and implement necessary actions to achieve business objectives. Ensure loans comply with credit risk policies prior to disbursement. * Stay updated on revisions and changes to individual loan policies. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and reinforcement training processes for team members under supervision. * Develop outreach routes and strategies to enter market niches of micro-entrepreneurs requiring individual loans. * Ensure compliance and correct application of VFM policies, processes, and protocols by team members under supervision. * Submit monthly portfolio closing reports. * Build/create a strong work team by providing guidance, direction, and motivation. * Follow up on collection management conducted by team members with delinquent clients. * Supervise proper integration of case files generated by team members under supervision. * Participate in credit committees and provide relevant observations on submitted loan applications. * Commitment to the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
