Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support management, coordinate information across departments, and carry out operational and administrative tasks in the retail sector. Therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct support to management in operational and administrative tasks. * Support and manage information with all departments of the company (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure timely completion of assigned and established tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-up on operational activities across stores. * Track all municipal documentation required per store and maintain updated certifications for proper store operation. * Provide operational support in stores as needed (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations**.** * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 \- 1300 (formal payroll under microenterprise regime: SIS \+ 15 days of vacation) * 50% bonus payments in July and December * Fixed holidays off * Career development opportunities * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments * Discounts on purchases at any of our locations.
