Proactive work and analytical capability We are a company engaged in the mining industry and are currently seeking (01) female candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant who meets the following profile. REQUIREMENTS: \- Reside in the district of Villa El Salvador or in nearby areas. \- Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience. \- Immediate availability to work from Monday to Saturday. \- Proficiency in computer applications, including basic or intermediate Excel. \- Ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, and competence. \- Verified work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of requested services. \- Ongoing coordination with team members and senior supervisors. \- Maintaining the company's documents up to date. \- Updating and recording company-provided forms. \- Providing assistance and support to various departments. \- Sending documentation, quotations, etc. \- Preparing weekly and monthly reports. \- Supporting payroll and vendor payment processes. \- Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Availability to travel to the Mining Unit during the specified hours. \- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Technical Education. Age: 35 years or older. Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office. Willingness to Travel: Yes. Willingness to Relocate: Yes. Availability to Work Monday–Saturday: 08:00–18:00. Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
