**Job Description**
* Lead the financial planning process: budgeting, forecasting, and short- and long-term projections.
* Analyze financial and operational results, identifying variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Prepare monthly reports for local and corporate management.
* Monitor business financial and operational KPIs: Revenue, Margin, EBIT, Resource Utilization, Productivity, DSO/Receivables.
* Conduct profitability analysis by business line, customer, contract, and service.
* Actively participate in monthly financial closings with Accounting and Finance teams.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
* Support internal and external audit processes.
* Evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic projects.
* Identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to enhance business performance.
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
* MBA or specialization in Finance is desirable.
* 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering.
* Experience in multinational corporations, industrial companies, B2B service providers, or matrix organizations. Experience in Testing & Inspection, Mining, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Technical Services, or Manufacturing is preferred.
* Financial analysis and modeling.
* Budgeting and forecasting.
* IFRS and internal controls.
* Advanced Excel.
* Intermediate to Advanced English.
* ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others).
* Power BI proficiency (desirable).
