An engineering company specializing in fire protection systems is seeking an **INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** \- for its office in Surco.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial instrumentation, or business administration.
* **Minimum 5 years’ proven experience** in B2B technical sales as a Commercial Coordinator, Key Account Manager (KAM) Coordinator, Commercial Supervisor, or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
* Highly commercial mindset, proactive, resilient, assertive, autonomous, etc.
* Proficiency in persuasion and negotiation techniques.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
* Teamwork capability, results-oriented: achievement of team goals under supervision.
* Existing client portfolio in industries such as manufacturing, mining, oil \& gas, energy, etc.
* Ability to understand emerging technologies.
* Availability to participate in trade fairs and industry events, etc.
* Tracking, development, and management of the full sales cycle via the commercial team’s digital CRM platform.
* Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
* Valid **A1 driver’s license.**
* Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Saturdays from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM in **Surco, Lima**\-Peru (reference: near Universidad Ricardo Palma).
**Responsibilities**
* Plan, direct, and supervise the commercial management of the assigned team, ensuring achievement of the company’s established sales objectives and targets.
* Manage and supervise the full sales cycle—from identifying business opportunities, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals—ensuring proper registration and tracking of opportunities within the corporate CRM system.
* Design and implement commercial prospecting strategies to acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities in the company’s target sectors.
* Supervise continuous updating of the customer, prospect, and commercial opportunity database, ensuring data quality and traceability.
* Coordinate and monitor commercial visits, prospecting calls, and technical meetings conducted by the commercial team, verifying adherence to established work plans.
* Provide technical-commercial advisory support to customers and prospects regarding the company’s services, solutions, and projects.
* Identify customer needs, requirements, and challenges, coordinating with relevant departments to deliver comprehensive, value-added solutions.
* Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and sector-specific needs, proposing strategic actions that support the company’s commercial growth.
* Supervise preparation, review, and presentation of technical-commercial proposals, ensuring their technical feasibility, economic viability, and profitability.
* Lead commercial negotiation processes related to contracts, sales terms, payment methods, discounts, delivery schedules, and other commercial agreements.
* Ensure timely responses to customer requests, inquiries, and requirements concerning quotations, administrative procedures, service execution, and post-sales support.
* Develop customer retention, maintenance, and portfolio growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and continuous follow-up.
* Promote acquisition of new customers and strengthen long-term commercial relationships with strategic clients.
* Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments to ensure proper execution of contracted services and projects.
* Prepare and present periodic commercial management reports, performance indicators, business opportunities, achieved results, and sales forecasts to the Commercial Management team.
* Participate in and lead internal commercial meetings, technical presentations, and meetings with strategic clients to identify short-, medium-, and long-term business opportunities.
* Propose new commercial strategies, process improvements, development of new services, and business opportunities aimed at increasing sales and customer loyalty.
* Continuously monitor achievement of commercial objectives, management indicators, and the allocated sales budget.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and appropriate support throughout the entire commercial process.
* Promote development, training, motivation, and evaluation of the commercial staff under supervision.
* Participate in the monthly performance review meeting: proposing corrective actions and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Integrity Code, and Professional Conduct Guidelines.
* Other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
